Rider waiver

Acknowledgement of risk
Operating an electric scooter involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, changing surfaces, traffic, and weather. The rider voluntarily accepts these ordinary risks.
Rider responsibilities
The rider agrees to wear a helmet, inspect the scooter before riding, obey local laws, avoid impaired or reckless operation, and use only permitted surfaces.
Equipment
The rider is responsible for reasonable care of the scooter, helmet, lock, and accessories during the rental period and will report loss, damage, or mechanical concerns promptly.
Agreement
Acceptance during checkout records the rider’s agreement to this waiver and the rental terms for the confirmed reservation.
