Do I need a license?+
A valid driver's license is required at pickup. Riders must be 18 or older.
Is insurance really included?+
Yes. Basic theft and liability coverage is included on every booking. Plus and Worry-Free reduce or eliminate your deductible.
What about helmets?+
Required, always. Sized and sanitized helmets come with every rental — bring your own if you prefer.
Can I ride on the beach?+
On packed sand and beach paths, yes — the Dune is built for it. Soft sand chews any scooter, ours included.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies.
What if it rains?+
We watch the radar. If it looks rough, we'll text you the morning of and reschedule for free.
Are the scooters legal on the road?+
They're legal in bike lanes and on multi-use paths in all three cities. Sidewalks vary — your route pack will mark the rules.
