Rental terms
Effective October 10, 2026
Reservations
Reservations are subject to scooter availability and confirmation. The named rider must be at least 18 and present a valid driver’s license at pickup.
Cancellations
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before pickup. A cancellation within 24 hours of pickup incurs a fee equal to 50% of the reservation total.
Safe use
Riders must wear the provided helmet, follow local traffic laws, remain on permitted routes, and return all equipment in the condition received.
Payment
The confirmed total includes applicable tax. Payment is collected at pickup unless your confirmation states otherwise.
